"The hotel was OK. We arrived very early morning and were advise that if we wished to check in there would be a fee which was fine but I found the fee a bit steep. When we questioned the fee we were told we would have a free upgrade to compensate the fee. However, my room was not a refurbished room and was very tired and outdated."

"30 seconds walk from MRT bencoolen downtown line. 1 min walk from subway, 1 station away from Wendys (rochor), 45 min from airport by MRT. extremely convenient lication. 7-11 was 10 seconds walk from hotel side entrance. large room, quiet. Could walk till the end of Orchard Street from hotel then take MRT back. MRT connections to botanical gardens and Gardens by the bay. about 15 TV channels, including Bloomberg and CNA. room was a little dated but bathroom seemed recently renovated....

"Location was convenient with many malls nearby. Room was spacious and I appreciate that the bathroom has a bidet. Mattress was to my liking; medium firmness. Do take note that bath robes are not provided. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. Will definitely stay here again. "

"Everthing about this hotel is a solid 4. Staff, service, cleanliness etc. Very good, but nothing outstanding or memorable. Rooms are dated and a bit small which is typicall of all Singapore rooms to be fair. However, the location is just amazing! On top of the Lavender MRT station and a food court, surrounded by yet more dining options and a market. We'll be back."
