"The hotel has a great location. We had a very comfortable room although the heating was a little loud. The biggest disappointment was the cafe. I ordered a very hot latte, well they tried 3 times but just couldn’t do it. The pastries were not fresh, although they swear they were made fresh daily. All this trouble and everything is overpriced. A hotel of the calibre should beef up their quality to go along with the high prices."

"It was a nice property and the breakfast was really good. Although if you book through Expedia, they offer a $10 breakfast, which I paid but it did not show on any receipt and the Hotel did not see it either. That was a waste of additional fees. "
