"Property needs to be updated a bit. Bed was very comfortable but I would have liked to be able to open the window. Window opened to the walkway right by the elevator. Thankfully a fan in there. The couch needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Bathroom needs some work. Could use some caulking and a new toilet paper holder. I did not see a hair dryer anywhere. Door stops are broken in the entrance and bedroom and just lying on the floor. My husband had to fix the toilet several times...

"This was a great place to stay for our quick weekend trip,very clean and great communication w/host It would be more helpful to know that there is not much of anything for plates, bowls and silverware I know it’s not a full kitchen but most air b&b’s have a ton of kitchen items but not a huge deal we took a trip to the store and picked plates,cups and silverware. everything thing overall was a 5🌟rating! "Overall we had a great stay. The location was excellent and they explained King Tide to us before our arrival. They wanted to make sure we understood and were comfortable with king Tide prior to our booking which they did not have to do. The one frustration we had: The Washer/dryer was brand new and When we used it the machine didn’t work. Unsure if it was user error, not set up correctly, or it’s a lemon.
