We could hear the muffled conversations of people in the room next door and a lot of noise from the street from people who had very much enjoyed the Christmas market gluhwein. We had two rooms, one with a twin bed for our oldest daughter and a balcony, and the second with a baby cot for our youngest daughter and a pretty city view of the cathedral in town. "Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. There was a jacuzzi bath in our room but...
