The reception team were amazing and said we could have our room at 12pm which was 3 hours before scheduled check in. We actually got a room we didn’t like at first and they swapped it instantly no problems asked. However, automated check in is poor and overcomplicated - including recieving a QR code which then won't work. Note that room doors unlock remotely - so you'll be scratching at the door like a velociraptor in Jurassic Park until approx 15:00 when it unlocks. No proper reception so I'd recommend against arriving any earlier unless you've paid for early check in. Anyway, a perfectly nice apartment...
