"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. As other reviewers mention, best to rent a car if you plan on exploring La Paz itself, though the small marina surrounding the hotel is very nice with a few dining options. A taxi to the Malecon is about 10-15 min ride for 200 pesos each way. Beach access was wonderful, older reviews stated there was a fee to enter the beach club, but confirming there is no fee. Miami Vice cocktail was a pool & hot tub favorite for tons of folks! Bartenders were lovely...

"Really beautiful property and lives up to the reputation as the best hotel in La Paz. Two pretty obvious things to improve - the beds are not very comfortable, and they come with only one top blanket that is too small for the bed. This was true for all three rooms our family used. The second would be a lack of coffee in the morning. There was no place to easily get coffee and nothing in the room. Otherwise the design of the hotel, the rooms, and the staff were absolutely amazing. "

"The photos don’t make justice to how great it is. The views from the terrace (and living room, and bedrooms, basically from the the entire apartment) are stunning- ocean views and sunset! They have room service every other day, they supply the basics - toilet paper, dishes detergent, some water bottles, coffee, etc. well equipped with brand new appliances and there is also an option for room service if you need.
