"We loved that this property was a short boat ride to the peninsula where Paraiso Del Mar is located. The ferry runs on the 1/2 hour so you never have to wait long and there is always a shuttle van available to get you to the condo. We typically opted for one of the bikes available at the condos and the marina.Because of the location you do need to plan a bit to have the groceries you may need. There is a small store but offerings are limited. There are 2 restaurants but I wouldn’t count on them...

The condo building is a quick 5-ish minute drive to the Malecon and the best beaches to the north. The unit itself could have been cleaned better prior to arrival. Floors weren’t swept well as we found a lot of black long hair everywhere, food was still on the kitchen counters. The unit is lacking dishware(only 2 glasses, 3 wine glasses(1 broken in cupboard), no cups to take...

"Everything went well except getting the correct code for the door. I did not know to respond in What’s App so I responded instead in texting. So the owner did not get my responses. Then VRBO sent a code and unfortunately they had the incorrect code. Fortunately, we called our driver in the complex, he returned, called the owner and we were able to get in the building."

"This place looked just like the pictures and was in walking distance to everything. Beautiful views. Incredible place with modern touches and furnishings. "The property was really clean and adorable. Jorge was easy to communicate with, kind, and prompt. We enjoyed the big, open kitchen, the layout of the casita and appreciated the comfortable bed. We were both impressed with the water pressure and hot temperature in the shower. Having the gear shed next to our casita coupled with the short walk to the launch sets this place apart. It was also really quiet. We’ll definitely be back! "
