"Great location and accommodations were just fine. The rooms could use a little bit of a remodel but by no means make or break. Bathroom is very small. Staff is extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. I would stay here again. Considering everything Laila is an excellent value."

"The staff was friendly and approachable. They let me use the front desk to print my return flight boarding pass and arranged a taxi ride to the airport. The area around the hotel felt safe with a lot of places to eat and shop. I wish there was a place to have drinks at the hotel and I wish the gym had more exercise equipment. "

La reservación se hizo mal; sin embargo llamamos varias veces y ella simplemente dijo que no le correspondía, que no iba a cambiar la reservación y que no era su problema. Colgando el teléfono en dos ocasiones, sin poder argumentar o explicar. La verdad fue una experiencia desagradable en la que ella pudo ser empática, no estábamos solicitando el cambio gratis, no teníamos ninguna...

"Extremely convenient walking over the little sky bridge from the airport. Restaurant service and food was okay, would have been better off walking back into the sky bridge and getting something more authentic from one of those food stands. Room was good, clean. Just be warned reception is open 24/7 so there were people that arrived in the room next to us around 2am and you can hear everything. "
