"Gorgeous place, big room, good bed, nice breakfast. Very disappointing shuttle service from the airport. Upon arriving at CCS I called the hotel for the shuttle, and was told that it wasn't included with my room. They said I needed to pay $25 USD. I was forced to take a taxi, but it was next-to-impossible to find cash. It cost 60,000 Bolivares and should normally only cost 5,000. (It's only about 7 minutes!) When I finally got to the hotel I showed them the reservation where it specifically says...

"Buena ubicación. Excelente servicio. Buena relación precio valor."

"Excellent service and location, first class pool, awesome kitchen and food quality, some rooms unable to get workable internet service."

The staff I can say hands down is the best I have ever seen in my life, even in movies... the Outstanding treatment we got from the moment we arrived was again out of this world, the facilities are nothing but incredible, the attention to detail has no words.. But make sure to stay more...
