"This is really a lovely hotel definitely 4 or 5* the staff couldn't be more helpful, friendly or accommodating. Throughout the whole hotel was immaculate at all times, despite never once seeing a house keeper during our 3 night stay. A 24 hour reception desk, a gorgeous, fully stocked bar and amazing separate restaurant. In a very convenient and safe location, with easy access to various public transport options and routes, a large selection of shops and some restaurants near very close by....

I asked beforehand for a late checkout as was told to phone reception at 7am on the day (not very convenient if the reason you need a late checkout is to sleep!) The only negative was the WiFi had no password and we got badly hacked within hours of using it.
