"Very nice hotel with wonderful staff. The room was comfortable and the location is amazing. We dined at the Limon Restaurant on the 8th floor. Beautiful restaurant, delicious food, great service and beautiful views. The quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. At first I was concerned because our room was across from the elevator, but once inside we never heard a sound from outside our room. Overall our stay was wonderful. "

Outside noise (shouting) from loud walking traffic was an issue in our unit both nights. There was an issue with an elevator not opening on the lobby level, but the management addressed it immediately."

"Perfect spot to stay in Vienna if you want a local feel. Right by central metro lines to get around easily, and close to cool bars, cafes and shops in Neubau. The rooms were lovely and we enjoyed the gym, sauna and rooftop bar. We would absolutely stay here again if we returned to Vienna."
