"Hotel was nice and near plenty of shopping and restaurants. We loved the visit to their private island (Flamingo and Iguana Islands). Staff were all very nice and accommodating. The pools on the property were nice, but not too much seating around, so those filled up quickly. The actual hotel room did not feel like cleanest, and of the 5 night stay, they only came to clean our room once (the day before we left). We were back at the room probably around 3/3:30 everyday to shower to get...

"This resort is pleasant to stay, and the ocean view is awesome. The dinners and dinner service were superb. However, I can’t say the same about the breakfast and lunch, which lack the variety and consistent service. The front desk workers didn’t seem to greet guests with enthusiasm, which is a rare encounter in most resorts. "
