"We found the staff very friendly and helpful, our economy broke at 10pm and we were moved to another room with no fuss, restaurant staff were also a credit to the hotel, our only comment would be that the food quality was not of a very good standard, based on other hotels we have used. The room was very clean even in corners where other people miss, a credit to the cleaning staff."

There was an issue with the first room allocated where the heating wasn't working but the duty manager was diligent in sorting us a new room and checking it over before moving us. "We had stayed there before, when we arrived the heating in our room didn’t work but the lovely receptionist sorted us out with a fan heater for the second night. Bit disappointed that our room wasn’t cleaned at all for our 2nd night ( just emptying the bins would have been nice!) Another area for improvement would be to fix the massive potholes at the entrance of the car park… but the location is great and the staff are really lovely!"

"Excellent hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by how lovely and relaxed this hotel was. Staff were super friendly and helpful. A big shout to the gym staff who were always super helpful and to the young man who cleared the breakfast tables with a smile and always willing to help. We were there for a harry potter weekend as was most families and it was a wonderful place to stay- great location and wonderful swimming pool and gymn to decompress after!"

"Lovely, clean room however, no bath! Bed is huge, comfortable and fresh. Bathroom is spotless. The only negative was the noise, both internal and external. People slamming doors at stupid o’clock and outside revellers. I know some people said parking was an issue but not for me."

"We always stay here when we visit The Harry Potter Studios. The staff are brilliant and friendly. The breakfast is superb in every way. The cleanliness is on point and the leisure activities (mainly the pool for my 6yr old) are a little tired looking (changing rooms); but overall are great. "
