"The master bedroom tube know was broke so we could not turn the water on. Roaches was on the dishes in the cabinets. No broom was there to sweep the floor. The sliding doors looked like they have not been cleaned out for months. I will not pick this unit again."

"Overall we were pleased with this rental. It could have been a little cleaner when we arrived but that’s okay. The main issue is the top bunk fell during the last night of our stay. My little sister was in that bed and my other sister was under her. Thankfully no one was hurt. However when I reached out to them, it took awhile for them to get back with me. I had to message them again to get a response."

"Not a lot of staff, we enjoyed our stay but our power went out for a couple hours and we had a hard time getting in contact with someone. Room was ok, but I think could use a better cleaning. Seemed like staff maintained the outside well. Elevators worked good. "
