"Good budget Hotel. Mostly clean, definitely dated. We were there 5 nights and our room was not serviced at all. I got fresh towels from one of the housekeepers when she was in the hall outside the room. It was nice to open the balcony door and hear the ocean and look out the window to see it. The beach was right there, but the access to the beach was blocked for repairs, but no repairs happened while we were there. If you are looking for decent, low price then this fits that."

"This is an older building that’s been well-looked after. It was very clean, the beds were comfy, and all the conveniences were there. Staff was friendly as well. For the price, it was a great deal. Also, you can hear the surf as you fall asleep. "

"Panama Beach Parkway still under construction with concrete barriers and barrels all over. So traffic, even in winter, was a bit tricky. But hotel is close to restaurants. and shopping, also Pier Park close by. Staff at hotel was very friendly and rooms needed a bit of updating, but were clean. Breakfast was ok and there was ample choices and food bars kept well replenished. I will stay there again on my mine t visit to Panama City. Just hope construction could get finished. "
