"First of all, Pan Pac Suzhou (吴宫) is definitely worth the price. The scenery within the hotel premise is really fantastic, tranquil and serene. Makes you feel like you just stepped into a majestic chinese mansion. Breakfast buffet was so super good ! We had lunch at the Haitianlo restaurant, the food was very nice and affordable! The room card was very difficult to use when tapping in the elevator trying to access your floor. Front staff said they are trying to upgrade their system so the cards are not the most sensitive, replaced my room cards and the same issued persisted."
