"We went to Flamingo during off season. This was during end of February. The place was very impressive but only 2 of the 3 towers were in use. This meant that the infinite pool was not in use as well as some other aspects of the resort The hotel is in a quieter part of town but close enough that you can walk into town. "The hotel was clean and staffs were friendly. When we were there, it was very quiet and nice. We stayed in the bay view room. The sunset was beautiful and the night view was fun. However, we expected the spa in the hotel as we saw the hotel has a spa on hotels.com hotel page and realised on their site it says “coming soon”. It was a bit disappointing.
