"We have stayed at this hotel many times in the last 10 years because of the closeness and convenience to BJH. It’s always clean and comfortable. I really miss the days when it wasn’t operated by Hilton, however, because there were no added charges for parking or breakfast. Coffee, juice, popcorn and fruit were available always in the lobby. They always before offered a discount for patients of the hospital, also. Still, I give them a good review for cleanliness, comfort and quietness. "

"Staff was super helpful and friendly. Valet was awesome. Pool areas only 3 ft and didn’t seem to be heated (it’s also December so how hot can they get if you know). I had to get 4 different key cards because they would stop working but it’s not their fault. Something to do with the magnets and our phones. "It is a very nice hotel with English theme. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast is great. The restaurant in hotel is amazing. The neighborhood is nice. The only drawback is that the hotel room we stayed needs some maintenance: the fan was very noisy at night, and the bathtub needed some upgrade. "

"Everything was great - very easily walkable to much of what St. Louis has to offer. Several parking options as well. Will be back! "

"Some key areas were a little dirty, gym was very neglected. The room had some hard to miss stains on mirrors and walls. But i can see rushed cleaning because of a huge event causing some issues."
