"The refrigerator was rocking. There was no coffee creamers and sugar in the room to have a cup of coffee. The stopper in the sink was broken and you couldn't get it out."

"The room was fine. However, our window looked out onto the indoor pool. I felt the room smelled strongly of cleaning supplies, but that may have been a chlorine smell from the pool? Would have rated better if given a different room not looking onto the pool. Pro: They have a free dinner and drinks, which is nice being stranded out near the airport without a car."

"The Courtyard by Marriott St. Louis Brentwood was built around 2020 so is a new hotel. The rooms are large and decorated in a clean, modern style which I like. The walk in shower is well designed with the controls far enough away from the shower head that I could select the water temperature I wanted before stepping under the shower head. The woman who checked me in was very friendly and gave me the quiet room that I requested. There was plenty of free parking which I appreciated. Also there are...
