"Rating based entirely on the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the fantastic spa facilities. There was work going on while we were there which was a minor inconvenience but the room we stayed in was the real let down. Dated and uncared for. The bathroom was poorly finished and the shower was not the cleanest. The flooring was lifting and squishy in places and the room itself smelt of damp. "Stunning location, clean and modern. Love The Salcombe Gin touch at 5pm! Spa was lovely and treatment was one of the best. Bar & Restaurant is really nice with lovely views. My only ‘minus’ was really the quality of the food was not the best. I had the risotto which was tasteless. "

"What a wonderful find! The hotel had a great atmosphere with lovely decor, was very clean, lovely staff (Kate was very helpful and very accommodating with our friend who was on crutches) and very nice rooms. Breakfast was excellent, kept us going all day. Hotel is close to all the restaurants, the Hoe and surrounding areas. We are fairly local but will be back when visiting Plymouth again."

"Beautiful hotel in the most stunning location. Fantastic for dog walking and miles away from anything. Beautiful views, with access to sea and sand. Lovely food, rooms are great. Sadly didn’t get to use the spa as was fully booked but very quiet in the hotel so not sure how had booked it!"

"Lovely property, easy check-in and the staff were very helpful. Food was fantastic with the best yorkshire pudding i've ever had. Nice and peaceful room, a little on the hot side with no way to turn it down but with the window open, no issue. "

"We had a great stay at The Osborne hotel for New Year’s Eve, the location was perfect on the beach & a short (taxi ride) into town for dinner. The hotel was clean, staff very friendly & breakfast was good. The inside pool area was a little tired but I understand they were due to close for two months for some painting/refurb works. Would definitely go back, the children loved it"
