"A really nice hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent room, brilliant swimming pool and very close to the KL Tower. In addition the shower was great and instant hot water. When checking in we were not told what the breakfast options were and where to go so that would be helpful but other than that I would definitely stay here again "

"Room was great since it has easy access to the kids pool. Amenities provided was good. But the room especially the toilet was rather small. Facilities provided is good. Breakfast was average. The restaurant was indeed spacious but they might need to consider to open two buffet line instead of one to cater the crowd/ guests. Some food they replenish, gone in secs and you have to wait again. The staff (not all) might need to work on their customer service skill. From the phone operator...

"The staff & service were excellent. Cannot fault the staff. Spoilt for choice at breakfast. The room was lovely although I would've preferred one with a bath but that's ok. The surrounds is shabby but that's just the area it's located at. It's very close to Time Square and short distance to Lalaport if shopping is your thing. Note to self...don't use Google Maps for walking directions. It'll lead you up the garden path! "

"The hotel was in a good location, within walking distance to nightlife, street food market, shops, restaurants etc. Not the best pickup location for Grab/Taxi though. Room was large, clean, good aircon, coffee pod machine, complimentary mini bar, housekeeping brilliant! lift was slow, hallways smelt of musty cigarettes, breakfast & afternoon tea was really lovely and the waitstaff amazing! Great shower, large comfortable bed, lucky to have quiet back room with partial views of Petronas & KL...
