"Loved our room as it had an amazing view and the hotel was well priced for the harbour. It was not a quiet hotel but perfectly located. Walking distance to the pier and shopping in Gastown. The hotel room service was not good as they do not offer it. We had to go down and get our own extra glassware. Overall very happy for a 2 day romantic stay."

"Great location, amazing rooms and super friendly staff. The pool and hot tub always seem to be closed though. Also the pillows arent very comfortable. Literally the only thing I don't like about the hotel is the pillows they arent flat like normal pillows they are big squishy balls that are firm in the middle so it's hard to get comfortable. All they need to do is get nice flat pillows and it's a perfect rating in my books. This is my family's fav place to stay in Vancouver! "
