"we stayed here for 2 nights with our 8 yr old boy who didnt want to leave. a fantastic hotel who's staff are brilliant, they cant do enough for you. we will definitely come back a short walk to Vauxhall underground or a lovely walk along the thames to Westminster taking in the sights of big ben and houses of Parliament. hotel has a pool and spa which we used and couldnt recommend more. can't wait to come back!!!"

"Overall a really nice, curated space. Was offered an upgrade at an additional cost but don’t think the room was any more impressive than what we originally booked. Elevators are quite slow but it’s in a great area, walking and transit wise. The staff were really nice and helpful! Would happily stay again. "

"Beautifully decorated hotel just steps away from Trafalgar Square and the government area. The staff were very helpful for the most part, despite a delay in checking in. The room was clean and comfortable and my only complaint is the wacky lighting system that we never figured out--seemed like you had to have all the lights on or none at all. Expensive food options in the hotel, but you are near lots of other dining options as well."
