"Stayed for 2nights with grandson...room was lovely...spacious..view of the loch would have been lovely...check in was fine...a bit out of town, and road really bad with potholes..! Breakfast was adequate and service very nice..lovely grounds, grandson enjoyed the checkers...swimming pool not too crowded so most enjoyable too"

"In beautiful location on banks of Loch Lomond. Really friendly staff, great food and large comfy room. There was live music in the bar which created a nice atmosphere. We had our golden retriever with us, staff were all dog friendly. "

"This hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived until we left the staff were nothing but helpful and went out of our way to make our honeymoon trip special. The room we had 'Lomand' was incredible and the four poster bed of my dreams. The claw bath was also a highlight and the room was clean and bright. The lounge with an open fireplace was great for having a drink before dinner and the dinner and breakfast we had was delicious! A beautiful walk around Luss in the morning and...

"A perfect launching point for visiting all of Northwest Scotland. The staff was amazing and helpful. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and very clean. Large modern bathroom as well as all the little touches that made the stay very personal and far exceeded my expectations, especially for the cost! The town of Inverary is also amazing. Plenty of dining options that are walkable from the hotel. All were EXCELLENT. The only item I would mention to keep in mind is to ask for a room away...

"Had a nice relaxing break, the grounds are beautiful with a really nice waterfall. Used the gym but didnt manage to fit in the spa facilities although they looked really nice. will definitely be back."
