"It’s hard to put into words and do justice to the beauty that is Tigh Na Breac. This was the most idyllic place to spend a weekend, and we could have stayed forever. A group of old friends and I had planned a weekend away together after not being able to get together for a long time, and this was just the most perfect setting to do so. "Perfect property for 9 adults and 1 dog! Very clean and well stocked kitchen which was large, with an even larger lounge with log burner. More than enough space for us all to get cosy, play games and see the new year in.Location is beautiful but to note, 20-25 mins from the nearest shop. The pier cafe is great for a drink, coffee or food though, and the drive is worth it for the surrounding views of Loch Katrine. "A very lovely, clean and well equipped cottage . So warm and cosy and wonderful to return to after a day out exploring. Hosts were brilliant regarding communication, so helpful and very friendly . Would definitely return !"

"Good base for catching a couple more Munros"

"Lovely house and gardens, plenty of room for a family get together. It was nice that each bedroom had access to an ensuite or bathroom. The pool table was a great addition and kept both big kids and little kids entertained. We had snow while we were there and having the log burner and extra radiators to hand was great for keeping warm. Communication with host was great."

"Our stay at the Wallace Lodge was seemless from booking to checking out. Wallace communicated with us immediately after booking and advised us of all pertinent information needed for the stay.
