"I highly recommend this amazing hotel. We arrived during the blackout last week and the staff were very accommodating, understanding, and compassionate to travelers. The hotel is in a really great location, within walking distance of Parque Eduardo, the metro station, with plenty of shopping and dining options. I couldn't believe how quiet the rooms were. I could not hear a thing from the neighbors, and the only time you could hear the street below was if the window was open. The mild climate did make sleeping with the window open a wonderful treat. I would certainly stay at Locke de Santa Joana again and would recommend it to the travelers. "

Breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A few areas could use some modernization, but overall, it’s a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers. "Great property - But what makes it is the courteous and helpful staff in the hotel and both restaurants. We felt so welcome and the staff made us decide to plan another trip back. Rodrigo in the restaurant was the best!!!! The property is right beside train station, across the street from a very large mall and walking distance to waterfront, aquarium and casino. We are going back to Portugal and we will stay at the Tivoli!!!"
