"They gave us a wrong room with shared bathroom so we had to stay for one night not two, no staff at night or at check in. Other rooms are great and good people. Need a refund for the cancelled night. "

"Amazing - Ideal for a family holiday. We had a lovely time at Joao’s house. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of 10 people. Supermarkets are close. We enjoyed relaxing together in the space and everyone (especially the children) loved the pool! Joao was great - communication with him was smooth and helpful and he really cared that we had a good time."

"Tânia was excellent. Her recommendations for excursions and dining were super. Great just chatting about Portugal and the area. Pedro offered good advice and check in was easy. He spent time helping us get our international calling sorted out. It was nice having a small apartment in the city."

"Upon arrival to Portugal, I had a horrible experience with a fake Taxi driver. Once I checked into the hotel, Rafa was extremely thoughtful and compassionate. In general the staff in the hotel are extremely courteous, competent and helpful. I stayed in a well appointed studio room, that had everything you need to enjoy your vacation in Portugal. I loved the hotel!!"
