"We had a lovely warm welcome from the receptionist with a great value upgrade. Hotel is clean and modern. Some members of staff could do with being trained on how to make guests feel welcome (a simple ‘hello’ when they return after a night out, or a ‘good morning’ when they sit down for breakfast…). Quality of breakfast was a little disappointing - cheap, undercooked sausages and bacon…Overall, a nice stay though. We would return. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The premium room with a king bed was wonderful. It had everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. The evening meal was very tasty as was the breakfast. No complaints at all. I will definitely stay again."

"This was very good value for money. Hotel prices in Central London were set by the Devil’s evil twin! The price to room size ratio in the outer zones of London is far more sensible. In addition, the hotel was a hop skip and a jump away from the Gunnersbury district line station! Richmond and Kew Gardens are not too part and there is still the town of Chiswick Park itself although I think that Richmond as more going for it."

"Standard room with a double bed and a made up sofa bed booked for 3 adults. Clean room, efficient check in and great for 1 night - ideally located to Heathrow Terminal 3. Had to call reception and ask for more coffee/tea/milk etc as not enough for 3 people but they supplied very quickly! "
