"Really nice hotel at terminal T5 Heathrow. Staff are really helpful. Downside is drink and food prices, which are extortionate. You get a much better deal if you book directly with the hotel and become an Accor member. Free welcome drink for two, which is great, and room upgrades with a free mini bar. You do not get this if you book with Expedia."

"Beautiful hotel with amazing grounds, huge room and lots of luxurious touches. The beds were comfortable and the big round bath was something else. Food was excellent and the staff were friendly and professional. The only negatives were when the corporate side of things disturbed the other guests - the braying sales teams taking over the breakfast room with their luggage wasn't ideal, nor the loud wedding planning meeting while we were relaxing in the residents’ lounge. "This is a wonderful apartment for a get-away in Windsor. On the doorstep of Windsor castle. Adjacent to a walking path to Alexandra Gardens. Great location with lots of food and grocery options. The communication from Chris was excellent and his instructions made getting checked in a breeze."

"This is a very nice property in a quiet street around 100m from Weybridge’s main shopping and dining area. You are sharing the owners property but in one of three individual rooms. The rooms are well provided for with a small fridge and tea / coffee making facilities. Parking is on road on an adjoining street, subject to availability. We would be more than happy to stay again."

"An amazingly beautiful property in a stunning location. Gorgeous rooms and a lovely garden. The owner was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The cooked breakfast was delicious, and the dining room was like a room from a fairy story. Can't wait to come back for a longer stay next time"

"The apartment itself was very well appointed and exactly as advertised. The elevator in the building was out of order as such it was quite exhausting carrying all the luggage to the top floor. The parking is convenient but quite tight."

"We had a short break at Stoke Park and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is a very special place and the grounds are fantastic. A highlight was the swimming pool which was very warm, we'll maintained and beautiful with lots of natural light and a big fish tank at the back. "It's pretty nice. My biggest complaint was that it was so warm we had to keep the windows open all the time, which meant we had to listen to traffic noise all the time, and there is a lot of traffic noise. Other notes: Window blinds were damaged and half-functional. Combination clothes washer/dryer does not dry effectively. Only one key is provided for an apartment that sleeps six. "
