"Our room had a musty smell and they didn’t offer much as compensation. We liked the service and the beach. The staff at the beach worked super hard. Kirk at the main door was helpful with taxi’s etc. very friendly and worked hard. Prices for food were typical for a resort… pricey. The service overall was excellent. Everyone at the hotel worked very hard and efficiently. Maintenance and house keeping were quick and helpful. "

"Amazing new hotel, friendly staff, fantastic food. Great beach bar. Will definitely be back again, we stayed in 1 bedroom suite. The only suggestion is to make pool a bit warmer on some days it was freezing cold, unpleasant to swim. We felt very welcomed, amazing people work there. "

"Loved starting here! The hotel was high end and very clean. It is located right on the water. The pool chairs overlook the pool and ocean. There is a burger/pizza type restaurant and bar that also overlooks the ocean. The hotel provides towels, sunscreen, snorkel equipment, go pro usage, bicycles, paddleboards and kayaks free of charge. "Very clean, modern looking property. Staff are excellent and go above and beyond. Free breakfast every morning was great. Location is good, close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Beach access is minimal and very rocky, but governors beach is a few minutes down the road and is beautiful. The hotel has a shuttle, and also has beach chairs you can use to take to other beaches. Definitely would recommend this hotel. "
