Located on the vibrant Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman, our condo at Island Pine Villas offers an idyllic setting for remote work or study in paradise. Step outside to powdery sands, thrilling water sports, and exceptional snorkeling right at your doorstep. Within walking distance, you'll find a variety of restaurants, bars, and Camana Bay's shopping options, including groceries and activities.

Recently renovated, our second and third-floor condo features a unique layout. Unlike other units, our loft bedroom has been enlarged and enclosed for added privacy. Upstairs, you'll enjoy a cozy retreat with a small, en suite bathroom featuring a shower. Please note, the sloped ceiling in the upstairs shower may be more suitable for guests under 5'7", while taller individuals may prefer the spacious downstairs shower.

For your convenience, a local manager is available to promptly address any needs that may arise during your stay.

Simply Awesome
We spent two weeks there from 1 - 15 June 2024 and the condo was simply awesome. We lacked for nothing and the location was perfect. It is in the center of Seven Mile Beach and close to Camana Bay. Staying for my 50th Birthday with friends
Great location. It’s in the middle of everything. Easy access to great restaurants. We went directly across the street to Camana Bay and watched the sunrise. The beach access to the villas was so easy. Not crowded at all. We felt very safe at night walking to the different restaurants. We will definitely go back.

Super clean unit with great quiet section of the beach. Easy access to restaurants, and all the amenities of seven mile beach. We did a mix of relaxing and scuba excursions on the trip and the place was perfect.

First time and hopeful repeat visitors.
I can’t say enough positive things about our first trip to Cayman Islands from the well appointed condo, to the communication with the owner, location of the condo to beach and restaurants, friendly neighbors, and locals, everything was truly great!! Highly recommend the stingray city tour, turtle center, and snorkeling at the beach in front of condo. So amazing!! Thank you for sharing your condo with us so we could experience a piece of paradise! We hope to come back soon!!!

This place was perfect!! It was well equipped for everything you will need for the beach and for your stay. The location is so convenient, walkable restaurants and shopping nearby! Best part is the pool and beach, it was pretty quiet during our entire stay so it felt very private. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

My friends and I stayed at Mikki place for our friends wedding, the place was just as advertised, it was clean, pretty well equipped and a huge plus for us was the beach chairs for the beach just steps away. We would definitely book again! If you book this stay you won’t be disappointed. We had some questions during our stay and Mikki was very responsive.

Cayman Condo 32.
Although it is an older condo/complex it is clean, well maintained and updated, perfect for families. The location of the condo is close to shops, restaurants, and stores on West Bay RD and Camana Bay. I would definitely consider staying at that location again.

Great location and property on Grand Cayman
Two adults and our young adult children really enjoyed this two bedroom condo. The condo is as shown, with a large master bedroom and an upstairs loft space. There are two porches - one off the living room and one off the bedroom. The property is nice - a 40 unit development, well landscaped with a decent sized pool. The property is a short walk to the main section of 7 mile beach. We had a great stay here.

7-Mile Beach Stay
We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was well maintained and equipped with all you could need. So nice to have beach chairs and "toys". Mikki was extremely helpful in making restaurant recommendations, and answering all our questions to help us with our first time visit. And it won't be our last, we"ll be back! The location is close to restaurants, grocerys, shopping, and right on the beach. The condo was a good size, and the upstairs loft is the perfect size for children. Thank you for making our first visit to Grand Cayman so great!

Perfect Location
Love this Condo! Very clean, great pool area, but the best part was location. Right next door to Coral Beach Club. Also jet ski, paddleboard, chair/umbrella rental right in front on the beach! 7 miles of perfect white sand & blue water. We are coming back.

February vacation
We stayed one week at the end of February 2024. Everything was good. We liked this apartment, it was clean and closed to the beach. We rented a car and parked it near the villas( free) Only one thing I didn’t like: there are no beach chairs belong to the villas on the beach and you will need to take the chairs all time when you will go to the beach, but it was like extra exercises for us. Thank you to Mike for hosting and hope to come back again.

Great place & location
Perfect for what we paid(just 2 of us). It was our first time in GC and didn’t know what to expect. The condo was located in a great area, very close to Camana Bay and other local restaurants. We were able to walk around at night and feel safe as well. The beach in front of the complex was in bad shape due to a storm that came through earlier, but you only have to walk a couple of blocks to relax at a very beautiful part of Seven Mile Beach. We also rented a car(highly recommend) to see the rest of the island. We have been to 9 different islands and I have to say this is our favorite overall!

Adequate place almost on 7 mile beach
Located very central near 7 mile beach. The upstairs has very narrow staircase, very short ceilings, headboards to beds aren’t connected. But it has a nice pool and back deck off of master bedroom. It is almost just adequate for a short stay.

A second visit. We were disappointed when it was time to leave.
I would stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family. The Camana Bay walking path to the shopping center and movie theater is right across the street. Lots of walk-ability right around the condo. Beautiful grounds with clean swimming pool. Seven Mile Beach is just steps away. Easy to get to from the airport. Condo is clean. It has everything you would need to stay long or short term. Lots of easy communication from owner, providing a lot of information pre-arrival. Thank you for an easy and fun vacation.

Excellent All Around
The 2BR unit was very clean and as described. The AC worked well and the unit had everything we wanted. The only issue we had was getting a TV to work and I called the property manager and we fixed it in a minute. The location was just a minute walk to the beach and the grounds were nice and kept up. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to stay here again in the future.

The perfect spot on 7MB!
The place was great. We had six beach towels, four beach chairs, beach rafts and floats, a beach mat, and soft sided cooler available for use. The place was very clean and the air conditioning was superb! We expected the place to be musty because it is in the tropics, but that was not the case at all. There were plenty of books to read and tons of DVD movies to watch. Island Pine Villas is in the perfect location. We did not need a car because there is a grocery store at Camana Bay and tons of restaurants around the area to walk to. We would like to return to this place!

2nd Floor Fire Hazard
I’m astounded that the upstairs loft being a fire hazard has not yet been mentioned by anyone. There’s no windows for escape from the loft in case of fire except by the narrow staircase only if the fire is not nearing the staircase. Any parent who sends their children to sleep in this upstairs loft may regret this choice if a fire breaks out downstairs. Also paid a cleaning fee and then was asked to clean out the refrigerator, empty and take out the trash, and wash a load of towels if possible. The filth in the upstairs shower disgusted us. I have pictures of what looks like black mold along the wall of the shower and the black mold or filth on the bottom corner of the inside of the shower. The space inside the upstairs shower is not for an adult although the listing does say if you’re taller than 5’7” you might be more comfortable using downstairs shower. I think it should have said 5’2” as you can’t lift your arms and wash your hair without squatting down the whole time as my husband and I had to do. My husband hit and scraped his head every day upstairs. Also the listing doesn’t mention that your view out on the patio is of a huge concrete parking lot of an abandoned building. Our whole party of 4 adults were disappointed and disgusted with this place.
