"This condo was perfect with everything uou could need. A home away from home. The most relaxing views of the ocean and sunsets. This was a super chill place/vacation. "

"Had a great stay - property owner was very communicative, especially considered that a tropical storm just blew in the week prior to our stay. He was very understanding to make our trip as enjoyable as possible, despite some limitations due to weather conditions. Condo was clean, refreshing, and overall property association was enjoyable. Garage had everything you would have wanted for the beach, which was an overall plus! Would definitely stay again!"

A few helpful notes from our time, the hosts had a nice supply of snorkeling equipment (we loved the Wreck of Gamma a short walk down the south of the beach and the snorkeling to the north towards sunset cove which was some of the best we came across)! "The condo was great, the pool was wonderful and the grounds kept up very nicely. Marc, the owner, was very responsive which was nice. But, I cannot give this a 5 overall due to the lack of beach. Had we known when we initially booked, we would not have chosen this condo. We found out from owner when we had to pay our second deposit. We will return but not to this condo. "

"We had a wonderful time. The condo was spacious, clean, and the views of the ocean from the patio were unbelievable! The neighbors were so polite, the pool bar was lovely and convenient, and the pool and hot tub at sunset cove were perfect. Truly a great time all around! We hope to be back soon "

"Wow what an amazing stay we had!! Bill was a wonderful host who answered questions quickly. The view is absolutely stunning!!! This complex has a swim up bar with great food and drinks and friendly staff. The condo was wonderfully decorated and super clean!! We actually would not change a thing about this vacation and k ow we will definitely be back and will hopefully rent this same condo again and again!!!"

"First, Yuri was great! He was very responsive and accommodating! The apartment is comfy and well appointed. We experienced only two small aggravations: the shower has many wonderful jets and shower heads, but it took us all week to figure out how to get wam water. Also, it was great to have a safe but it malfunctioned twice. Most importantly, the beach there is dangerous! Due to erosion it’s littered with debris including chunks of concrete. "What a gem! Waking up right next to the water, swimming at 6am, and enjoying the waves in the evening is just a few things you’ll enjoy. Everything was clean, stocked and perfect. My only suggestion would be to update some pictures to show that no dry beach is available. It wasn’t a big deal for us but I could see how some people would rely on beach access. Jumping from stairs right into smashing waves wasn’t easy some days, otherwise, absolutely loved our stay! "

"The owner was very responsive to all our inquiries and proactively sent us all types of great information ahead of time and checked in on us when we arrived . The place has every kitchen appliance you can think of. The pictures accurately depict the condo. The view is amazing and it’s a short walk to the pool. Just as an fyi there is no elevator. It’s only 3 flights but we did work up a sweat getting our 50 lb bags up to the condo. "

There were ample kitchen supplies, towels, beach accessories including beach chairs and umbrella, and a kayak with equipment for using it. "Great hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly Activities are close by. Nice quit side of the island so I would definitely stay on that side again. Be prepared to pay the US prices. Also beds were not that great. Could be a bit better. My wife and I went 2nd week of June and it was sunny 3 days and rained all day 1 and part day of 1 and was still a great time in the pool. Bring bug spray, a lot of sunscreen, your own snorkel gear and food for the mornings."

"This resort is on the quiet side of The Cayman Islands - which is refreshing really. The property is very beautiful and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly and nice and accommodating- I am a reviewer and did a lot of research before booking here (and did see some negative reviews- totally unfounded). There is a grocery store, liquor store, gift shop and excellent Italian restaurant right across the street providing anything u would need. The Resort also has a beautiful restaurant called Tides with excellent food. Can’t say enough for this Resort except I would recommend it highly!!"

"The customer service was outstanding. Beautiful facility. Downside, if you have an ocean view, you’re also looking at a parking lot. If you can look beyond absolutely beautiful facility just a two minute walk to the beach and we could all use that a little bit of exercise."
