"Ease and comfort. Property exactly as described and reviewed by others. Key for our family was comfy beds, good view, nice kitchen, paddle boards, and good snorkeling. We were on scuba dive vacation. We have always stayed north end of 7 mile beach and looking to explore north and east side. "Sadly, our second week at this house was cut short by Hurricane Beryl, but our first week here was amazing. The house has absolutely everything you need for the beach. The pool was beautiful and we had coffee on the beach every morning. We love the slower pace of Rum Point and this house was so peaceful and beautiful. "This was our first time to the island. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very comfortable and the outdoor space was very relaxing. Penny, the property manager was great, very knowledgeable and attentive."

"Property is well furnished and quite comfortable for large groups with all the necessary amenities. Great views and close to tennis/pickleball courts. It is located some distance from resort and the golf cart commute (5 minutes) is not the most scenic. Just wish the pool would have been heated as it was too cold to utilize."

"It was a great stay. The unit was right next to the pool and we didn't see anyone in the pool all 5 days we stayed. We explored the island during the day and lounged at the pool at night. The kitchen is well equipped and we had no problem preparing meals. I had read reviews about the AC being locked at 75 degrees but this was not a problem. When you are at the beach all day, coming back to 75 degrees is great. And there are ceiling fans throughout the unit. I would definitely stay there again."

"Great hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly Activities are close by. Nice quit side of the island so I would definitely stay on that side again. Be prepared to pay the US prices. Also beds were not that great. Could be a bit better. My wife and I went 2nd week of June and it was sunny 3 days and rained all day 1 and part day of 1 and was still a great time in the pool. Bring bug spray, a lot of sunscreen, your own snorkel gear and food for the mornings."
