"We had an executive room, which was a fantastic size. There was a lounge area, a good size desk, bathroom had a bath with a powerful shower and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was a minibar in the room, an ironing board and iron and reasonable wardrobe space if you were staying for any period of time. "Lovely well equipped house for our stay in saltburn. Very clean and perfect for a family or couple. Perfect location, 5 mins walk from the beach and 5 mins walk from local shops/restaurants. I recommend the Thai restaurant Coco & Rum for a meal or takeaway. There’s is a parking space at the back of the property but we could not fit our car into it but street parking at front was not a problem. Would definitely stay here again when visiting my family"

The entrance area could do with boxing in as doesn’t give the best first impression. Could do with a few mirrors upstairs near plug sockets to dry hair and coat hooks would be good. "
