"Great location. Walking distance to many sites. Public transportation is right out front for quicker access. Lots of shopping and food choices. Close to the central station but not too close. Nice to have the wine hour before dinner. Hot chocolate in the lobby was nice as well "

"Long walk outside from Schipol in the cold wet weather. I wish there were clearly marked signage for the 1st floor walkway that was inside. "

"Excellent stay! Great price for such a luxurious hotel. Was hesitant about it being far from the center but it is across the street from the Metro stop and only a couple stops into the different neighbourhoods to explore (and 6 to centraal). Very convenient, clean and has the coziest beds!! Will stay here again next time I visit. Also loved the free drink voucher if you choose go green at checkout as the bar is lovely! "

"Everything was fine. I just had to wait for an hour for the shuttle bus at the airport on the day of arrival. The shuttle bus was scheduled to run every half an hour. I called several times to inquire but no accurate time was provided. In the subsequent trips, the shuttle bus ran every half an hour and was also on time. "

In the lobby, 24/7, hot and cold beverages, as well as cookies are available. The staff were are extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. The unique, beautiful, and interesting decoration alongside the wonderful staff creat a welcoming atmosphere and a memorable experience. A beautiful hotel with great service at an excellent location. "We absolutely loved our stay here! Check-in was easy. The suite was very spacious and clean. Stef, the front desk receptionist, also went above and beyond. He gave us recommendations on how to get into the city as it is very difficult to find parking and helped us with parking at the site. He also brought up extra towels to our room and another receptionist brought up an extra blanket to our room. I would highly recommend this place. I don’t have any complaints. Great service and a great stay! "
