"Rob at the Front Desk provided excellent customer service when we checked in. The location of the hotel is central to shopping and dining in Waikiki. The hotel is right off the beach where you carefully need to step across a yard of shells to get to the sandy area. Most people didn’t seem to mind it. The elevator can be a little frustrating. I wish there was a hot tub area for adults only, especially for the price we pay to stay here. "

"Great for a family. A block or so off the beach in a terrifically walkable and safe shopping and restaurant area with a lot to see, do, and experience. Wonderful hearty breakfast included in the room rate— best we have had at a hotel, with made-to-order omelettes, breakfast meats, fresh fruit, and even some regular and interesting foods like miso soup and fried rice. There is also a complementary cocktail hour from 5:30-7:30pm each night and we got four drink tickets. Two per person per night....
