"El Convento is a beautiful and historic hotel. The grounds and the rooms are all stunning. Staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect. Breakfast was included but wasn't the best. Overall we loved out stay and want to come back and stay here again."

"The location was super central to everything the arc and central plaza. Restaurants all around walking distance to everything. The rooms and decor was beautiful, they have a pool table in the entrance and view of the water volcano from the rooftop was incredible. Rooms were clean also it is pet friendly. They don’t serve breakfast but had coupons for breakfast, lunch and dinner at another restaurant. I would definitely recommend."

"Excellent and intimate 10 room hotel but with access to the spa, gym and restaurant of the larger Porta Hotel around the corner. It feels more like you’re staying at a beautiful home than a hotel. Breakfast on the roof terrace was excellent. "
