"First impressions are made when you enter a hotel starting with the Reception Staff and both myself and my friend where involved in Hotel Management. So maybe more critical in some areas but The Aztec Hotel was indeed impressive in all areas. The only thing that l was alittle put out over was l wasnt told on check in or during our stay that my Payment for our treatments hadnd gone through due to technical issues with computers.Maybe l could of avoided my embarrassment infront of my friend....

"I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everyone was lovely. I would have given it 10/10 but what let it down was the shower room which had not been cleaned. My stay was from 31st Aug to 1st Sept. I used the facilities on the morning of 31st and then again on the 1st. In the big shower cubicle the plug hole was full of hair and an electic band bthe other smaller cubicles were only slightly better. Its a shame but overall l9vely. "Absolutely Incredible Stay. We visited No 131 for my wifes birthday. As we arrived anc checked in the staff were so welcoming and carried out bags to our room. We went for the deluxe double and it was gorgeous. An old building but very stylish and clean. The weather was very hot when we visited and there was an aircon unit in the room which was a fantastic thought. "Food was excellent as was the service, only negative was the toilet flush worked 1 out of 10 times so a bit of a bind having to repeatedly press button to eventually get it to flush. Overall though a great budget hotel and excellent value for money"
