"The property when you first arrive is absolutely stunning, the landscape everything spoke of high end resort. The room was huge and initiall was stunning. Then you see water spots from like a broken water pipe around the baseboards. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the shower drained very slow. There was no controls for the AC, so the room was always stuffy had to open the windows at night which the mosquitos took as invite to hangout. The main outdoor restaurant was mediocre not...

"Great arrival with friendly and helpful reception staff. Sea view room with balcony exceeded expectations, the gentle sound of the waves crashing in the beach was heavenly. Amazing shower, like a vertical jacuzzi so powerful with multiple jets. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast and evening meals, ok maybe not Egon Ronny but a wide selection which changes each evening - we loved it! "Another amazing short break at DWO Palmeres. Fantastic hotel offset from the seafront, close to the main stretch of restaurants and bars, with some wonderful facilities to take advantage of. Weather permitting, don’t miss out on the roof top infinity pool. Only a short 15min walk to the train station connecting direct in 1hr 30mins to barcelona. Of course theres the beach. Only 500 yards from the hotel. Oh what a stretch of beach it is ……outstanding. "

"The cleaning staff was amazing and the breakfast staff was lovely didnt quite like the gentleman at the bar who saw me with my luggage after checking out as i was waiting for my kids he ushered me off the chairs even though i stayed at the hotel moments before hand and even when expalining he was still ushering me away like flies . Apart from that lovely welcome and stay "

"Booked for two nights as part of our Spain travel, Staff very friendly and accommodating, requested a last minute card and wine for my husband's birthday but they still made it possible, not too near to the beach area but very relaxing ambience and amenities. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Excellent customer service. "

"Lovely location and proximity to the beach. However it's quite a long way from the train station, yet very close to the noisy train line. Rooms very nice and comfortable, breakfast superb. Staff very efficient and helpful."
