"Great little spot outside the busy downtown area of Florence. Very spacious room with temperature controls and a nice walk in shower and what appeared to be a recently renovated bathroom. There was a strong smell of fresh paint when we arrived and a ladder in the room but no big deal. Opened the window to air it out and the rest of the stay was a blast. "

"Was a lovely place to sleep for the night. The drive up was an eye opener but once we were there, we felt like we went back in time. Unfortunately it was raining all day so we couldn't walk the gardens or the pool but they looked amazing. The only dinner option was their restaurant which was a bit expensive but otherwise a great experience."

My wife and booked a room that we felt was too small for us for the entire week. The lady at the front counter (I never asked her name) was so accomodating and helped us upgrade to one of the most incredible room which was right out of a fairytale (Pro-tip: reserve Room 312 if you get the chance).
