"Charming hotel with excellent staff and service, plus a great restaurant for evening meals. The only small downside is that it is a couple of kms from the main tourist zone, but that is a short walk and they have frequent minibus transfers for guests"

"This hotel is outstanding in customer service! The entire staff and owner went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with eggs everyday and a great assortment of cereals, yoghurts , fresh fruits and pastry. The bonus was a generous happy hour from 6:30- 8, with a variety of great finger foods and wine included. We loved chatting with other quests and looked forward to this shared time . The location was quiet and away from the crowds yet so conveniently located with a bus stop right outside their door. The hotel is located just a 15 - 20 minute walk to many of the tourist attractions. The room was updated, clean and we loved our balcony. A great way to relax after a full day. We highly recommend this hotel, we know we will be back for sure. "

"Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station). Apparently the buses were on strike? So no bus for us. But overall a great place to launch into Florence for the few days we were there. We enjoyed our stay! "

"It was pleasant surprise as I arrived at this property as it was same day booking when my long standing arrangement with another hotel was cancelled. I was greeted by friendly smiles from Isabella that makes us feel welcome. Good services from Franklin and the next day Giulia the concierge has been nothing but outstanding. They were available to my every beck and call. I would def stay at this place again. The outskirts of Florence is beautiful. A great place to soar in the country atmosphere "

"This was a wonderful place for us! Very clean and well appointed room. The property was beautiful and our host very kind and helpful. His suggestions for restaurants and activities were great! It’s a little bit away from the central tourist area near the Duomo (30 minute walk and roughly 20 minutes on bus…. You can walk more directly than the bus route). But there’s a nice local market, a supermarket, good restaurants and stadium in close walking distance. Take in a soccer game! The only downside is it’s on a busy road and our room faced that, so we needed earplugs to sleep. The rooms facing the courtyard garden are probably much quieter. All in all a pleasant stay."
