"A beautiful hotel with helpful and friendly staff. I was given a room upgrade which was very appreciated. The breakfast is great. You can walk to the hotel from the station. There is one bridge to cross that has a ramp on it for easy crossing with luggage. I didn’t use the water buses as I preferred to walk, but there is a stop right out the front of the hotel."

"Very welcoming on arrival, clean and well presented hotel, sat out on the terrace and had a drink while our room was getting ready, lovely seating area out to watch the gondolas go by! Room was clean but few little things, coat hook was missing from behind the door, screw still in wall… knob missing from one of wardrobe doors, few other little niggles but nothing that would stop me from recommending or going back to the hotel.
