The hotel was in a perfect location - five minutes away from the Rialto Bridge and docking station to the Venice Water Busses. Fifteen to twenty minute walk from Piazza San Marco!"

"Positive: Conveniently close (we hauled our luggage) to the Trenitalia station that connects to Trieste (cruise ship port). A variety of small restaurants within walking distance in case you have a late flight arrival. Negative: you climb stairs from the street level to the lobby level. From the lobby, there are more levels to climb to your room. No elevator, in case you are hauling your luggage yourself."

A little quirky, but that's the fun part! The staff was so kind and helpful, they called 3 restaurants to get me a reservation on my first night in. "Nice little hotel, but extremely expensive for the very basic room. Woman serving breakfast was very seeet and kind. Good location to walk to the airport bus at Piazalle Roma (8 minutes, only 3 bridges)"
