"The hotel’s location is excellent, right near a vaparetto stop. Staying at this hotel gives you a small taste of life in Venice; challenging! You might have to carry your luggage up to four flights of stairs. Many of the rooms will hear party noises (coming from the bars and restaurants around it) most of the night. Some rooms have to use a bathroom in the hallway. The rooms are very basic, and the beds are not very comfortable. The breakfast is okay. Overall, it gives you a place to sleep for a...

"The room was bigger than expected. Nice bathroom too. It even had a balcony. The bed was not comfortable and the linens were stiff. Also, when booking they advertise free shuttle to the airport which is not free. The taxi costed 20 euro. We had a very early flight from Venice so this was a good option to avoid any delays to the airport from central Venice. The person who checked us in was very nice and and spoke perfect English. "

"The property was clean and spacious and well priced for the area, but would have benefitted from a map on booking as it had no signage and was difficult to find and as an apartment had no staff in the building. Also no tea or coffee, which could have been made clear on booking"

"Clean and close by to the train station, 5 minute walk. Great location for a short visit to visit Venice. Room and bed was clean. Washroom was clean there is no stand-up shower there is a handheld shower head. Could use an update in the shower as there was a bit of mildew. Common area was nice and clean , there is a fridge, stove and kettle. Overall the place was fine if you just need a place to sleep. "

"Absolutely loved this place and would absolutely stay here again should we travel back to Venice & surrounding. It was so nice to get away from the business and have this nice & quiet repreive. The apartment was lovely- clean, quiet and spacious. The only thing that would've been nice would have been to have a sofa or a couple of chairs in the living area, along with the dining table, since we were a family of four. That is simply a suggestion and in no way would hinder us from staying here...

"It was the most beautiful hotel in Italy, my host was Nicola 😊🇮🇹 who took the timecto explain everything and gave a warm welcoming, made me feel safe and like home. The room was gorgeous, even more beutiful than the pictures onvthe Website. The olny thing i didn’t like was my next door neighbor at the hotel, i was sick and she was ver rude to me because I was coughing.
