"The lady that checked us in was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Any staff member we met was lovely. Only issue we had was a delay with a meal but it was dealt with in a satisfactory manor. Would definitely recommended to a friend and I would stay here again "

"Staff very pleasent & helpful, room a decent size with a comfortable bed & pillows, overhead shower was brilliant & loved that the room had the iron & ironing board readily available in the room. Wished there had of been 2 chairs in the room as there were 2 of us in a double room. Had to ask for tea, coffee & biscuits to be sent to the room as housekeeping had forgotten to leave any but this was sorted straight away. Breakfast was a bit disorganised despite it being quiet as a gentleman took...

"Great staff. Great facilities. Great breakfast. Great spa! Could do with a slight freshen up and in the rooms, bathroom could do with a mop and 1 packet of biscuits had been half open plus definitely needs 2 more pillows on the beds, however, these didnt detract from having an amazing stay! "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would have no hesitation to go back. The restaurant was excellent, I would highly recommend the food! The hotel is very well presented and uniquely decorated. The bed is comfy. It's a real struggle to find anything to complain about."
