"This was literally a last minute booking due to Brittania Hotel Manchester, which we had booked, falling through. Glad we made the change. Clean, modern, efficient and polite staff not hiding behind Perspex screens. A comfortable and clean room with a modern bathroom and comfortable beds. Breakfast was fine without being exceptional. Easy checkout. Note that although room service menu says some items are available 24 hours per day, there is a gap between 21.30 and 23.00 of no room service....

"On arrival at the property, I was greeted with a lovely lady who kindly checked me in. I then went and placed myself at the bar while I was waiting for my friend. staff service also extremely friendly and helpful. In the morning we went for breakfast there was so much variety really really enjoyable. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was so comfy and in the shower was also excellent would definitely recommend."

"We had a couple of issues with our room, main one was no hot water. The staff, especially Ian were brilliant, moved us to another room and gave us a couple of free drink vouchers"

"Comfortable, clean and friendly. They did inform us that the bacon was turkey and chicken sausages. Why they couldn't do proper bacon and sausage aswell is beyond me, that was the only let down. A good stay all in all."
