"This hotel is ok for a stay of a few days stay. Entrance looks a bit dodgy but inside is quite ok. We were moved twice for different reasons but the hotel manager was really great about it. For the price that you pay for this hotel, it isn’t that bad. The beds were comfortable but the lack of hot water from the bathroom tap was an issue. There was however hot water from the shower. No hangers and no hair dryer so bring your own. Overall a good hotel."

"It was alright i guess. There was a dead spider on the wall. A twix wrapper on the floor when i got in. The door to the bathroom wouldnt shut at all and it was near to impossible to get the lock on the door to work. Was alright for one night but i wouldnt stay for longer"

"The Hobbit Rooms are in a lovely quiet location high in the hills above Sowerby Bridge with lovely views. The rooms themselves are comfortable, clean and cozy with a really super fab shower. We’ve stayed there twice now and have booked again for Christmas. The Hobbit used to be a pub and restaurant too that has sadly closed but there are plenty of other options in Sowerby Bridge and surrounding areas."

"Mike, Anthony, and Monica were extremely friendly, helpful, and just fantastic in every way. Also, Cathy and Julie were so kind and professional. The place is fairly simple. I won't lie to you. But, it has everything you need and the location is great. I highly recommend the pub next door to the hotel. It is right there and shares the same parking lot. No, it is not just a bar. They have great food, an extensive menu, and it is family friendly. A taxi ride is always available and will only cost...
