"Rating based entirely on the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the fantastic spa facilities. There was work going on while we were there which was a minor inconvenience but the room we stayed in was the real let down. Dated and uncared for. The bathroom was poorly finished and the shower was not the cleanest. The flooring was lifting and squishy in places and the room itself smelt of damp. "We loved the location, very quiet when we were there. Beautiful setting. Excellent service from reception. Our sea view room was stunning. The whole hotel was immaculate. The spa area was so lovely. Our only feedback is about plant based options at the continental breakfast."
