"Location was great, beach nice, staff friendly, would go back. However, there were some aspects of service that could have been better, considering hotel’s price point. (poor service at breakfast - long waits to order a la carte, mobile delivery to rooms not available, very long lines for coffee). "

"Check-in and Check-out were very easy. The room we had was beautiful. Was cleaned everyday except the 1st full day and the day before we left Thought that was strange. The lobby area, the pool area, all common areas, were very clean and well kept. The food, it was just okay. For what it cost to stay for the all-inclusive, not sure I stay will again because of the food. The buffet was better than the restaurants. The food though did not agree with our stomachs (everyday).
