"Rooms are a little 'tired' in need of a revamp, but was okay for an overnight stay. We didnt get to use all of the facilities on this visit (the pool/gym), so cannot comment on that. The room could've done with a better clean for sure, but I have stayed in a lot worse places, so overall 3 stars for cleanliness. The staff on reception and in the breakfast room are the nicest people I've come across on a business level in recent years and they're the reason for our repeat returns to this hotel...

"A flying visit but well worth it. Rooms are grand and so comfortable, very clean and well put together. Very quiet and peaceful at night and all the staff were warm and welcoming, so polite and exceptional service. We’d love to visit again and stay for longer to make use of spa and facilities."

"Lovely stay at Quy Mill. Really nice hotel. Loved the spa which was included, you just had to pay for treatments. Rooms were nice. We went with a standard double which was fine. Everything was clean but the shower could have done with a deep clean. Surprised that housekeeping came in when we were out even though we were only there for 2 nights. Food at the hotel was amazing. We ate at the Waterwheel restaurant, bar, and had breakfast and all were outstanding. Service was good when eating...

"Fantastic location right across from the zoological museum and within walking distance of the whole town and university. It was also a great venue for our conference of about 200 people. Food was excellent, staff was competent and friendly."

"My stay here was fantastic. It exceeded my expectations is pretty much every way, including luggage being taken up to my room so it was waiting for me when I was ready to check in. Breakfast was great and the wait wasnt very long at all for the meals being freshly cooked. The only downside was that the bed was hard as a rock, and i prefer a softer bed. I would recommend this hotel! "
