"Arrived very late, flight delays and then a road closure forcing a substantial detour. Thankfully my room card had been left out with a useful note and I was able to access the room. We felt a little bit cold despite the radiator being on 5, so I asked the lovely lady on morning reception for some extra blankets. She said she'd get on to this.
